The Source Viewer gives you a clear, navigable grid of your original medical records—exactly as MediScan grouped them for your medical chronology. Each grouping represents a record with a corresponding summary, which can be found to the right in the Summaries Panel. The pages within each group appear in the exact order they were uploaded, so you can easily follow the original document flow.
Click on any group to view its corresponding summary—or go the other way: click on a summary and jump straight back to the original source document. You can also exit grid view and return to the standard list view at any time.
It’s a faster, more intuitive way to understand how MediScan summarized the records and to double-check the AI’s work with confidence.
The Source Viewer is about transparency and control. It helps you stay oriented in even the most complex cases, offering a visual map of how your records were summarized and ordered into a medical chronology. Whether you're validating findings or finalizing a report, it keeps you in the driver seat.
