How to create your custom record review

Choose how you want your records organized and displayed, including record types, fields, grouping, and sort order. If you have any questions or would like us to build your custom preset side by side with you, email support@mediscan.ai.

The Word file arrives in OrganizeMED

The finished review is a Word file grouped by record type, the way you already write. Click any line and MediScan opens that source page, not just the case, the document.

Step 3

Ask MediChat anything about the case

Those same hyperlinks open the entire case in MediScan. Ask MediChat questions about what happened, when it happened, or where it appears in the records. Every answer includes page references so you can verify the source. Use the View menu to narrow the case by author, facility, or specialty, and review records flagged as illegible or removed as duplicates.

Ask questions about the uploaded records and follow the page references to the supporting documents. Agent mode can also help edit summaries for your review.
